Change Agents is a podcast where award-winning teacher Lisa Moe and Director of Technology Joe Ayala talk about the connection between the classroom and the district office. Change Agents is a podcast to support leaders who are the change in their schools and systems — the ones sparking new ideas, sustaining them once the excitement fades, and staying encouraged when the work gets hard.

Lisa brings the view from the classroom — where innovation, equity, and AI meet real students every day. Joe brings the view from the district office — where technology, policy, and systems-level change get built and scaled.
